Adult ADHD support group

People dealing with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can get help coping at a weekly local support group.
The Guelph Adult ADHD Support Group meets every Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at 147 Wyndham St. N., Unit 207, in downtown Guelph.
The group is led by an ADHD coach and focuses on learning ways to work with ADHD instead of against it, a news release said.
It covers topics such as finding sustainable coping strategies, in areas like organizing, prioritizing and focusing, alternative therapies, ADHD in relationships, and parenting ADHD kids.
The group is free, and free parking is also available.
For information, contact Alina Kislenko at 519-830-1423.
