Auditions for pantomime

Guelph Little Theatre will hold auditions on July 16 and July 19 for parts in a seasonal pantomime that has 10 performances starting Nov. 28.

Auditions for Once Upon a Witch are being held in the Masonic Temple, 21 Chapel Lane, because of roadwork near the GLT theatre on Morris Street.

They’re from 7-9:30 p.m. on July 16 and from 1-3:30 p.m. on July 19, with callbacks on Sunday July 20 if needed.

All skill levels are encouraged to audition, a news release said.

Be prepared to perform a cold read and sing a piece of your choice, a cappella. The play is about “Fairyland,” which is in a financial pickle and has had to downsize its workforce, a news release said.
