Donkey Sanctuary

The Donkey Sanctuary opens its gate to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays in December leading up to Christmas.

Eary resemblance

Volunteer Jeanette Plant sports a warm donkey toque as she greets one of the animals at the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada on Sunday. The Puslinch farm, which rescues donkeys, mules and hinnies who have been neglected or abused, opens its gate to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays in December leading up to Christmas. Volunteers like Plant are on hand to tell visitors all about the work of the charity and about the animals that call the farm home.
