Hope for Haiti
University of Guelph counsellor and therapist Kathy Waltner-Toews offers support to a crowd of about 20 community members during a vigil last Friday for those affected by the earthquake in Haiti. The locals went 2-0 at home on the weekend to improve to 7-1 on their home court. Guelph beat Laurier 3-2 and Waterloo 3-0 in the matches. Against Laurier, Kylen Van Osch had 22 points and Melissa McGinn had 49 assists. Against Waterloo, Claire Sandor recorded 16 points.
