Hair to spare

Zoe Palladine looks on as Yiltan Raif of Kharisma Hair Design measures the eight inches of hair that
Palladine was having cut off at the Cuts for Cancer event at Stone Road Mall on Saturday. The event raises money and hair to support the Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation and help provide wigs to restore the self-esteem of women and children suffering long-term medical hair loss.
