The students became the teachers Thursday, as youth from a high school environmental science class led groups of Grade 6 kids through some unique lessons at Guelph Lake Nature Centre.

The older students, who normally spend part of their week learning at the centre, got the chance to demonstrate what they’ve learned over the past few months. They taught the younger students about some of the animals and plants that live at the centre – both inside an outside.
