Sustainability forum topic
Three speakers will talk about food and sustainability at a forum Wednesday at the University of Guelph that’s free and open to the public.
The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the University of Guelph Restaurant Project are putting on the second annual “Topics in Sustainability” forum at 7 p.m. Oct. 10 in OVC Room 1714.
Speakers include Barton Seavor, an American chef and author, Tim Faveri, who leads sustainability initiatives at Tim Hortons, and Mike von Massow, an assistant prof who leads the University of Guelph Sustainability Restaurant Project.
