Women young and old came together for the annual Take Back the Night march and rally to send the message that violence will not be tolerated.

While a group of more than 100 women marched from Marianne’s Park, chanting “yes means yes and no means no,” a smaller group of men kept step with the woman along the sidewalk to show their support.

A theme of this year’s rally, held in Market Square following the march, was engaging bystanders to intervene when they witness sexual violence.
