Hundreds of people hit the pavement Saturday to check out the local arts scene during the 10th annual Art on the Street event in downtown Guelph.

The event saw Quebec Street converted into a pedestrian mall for the day, with artists, mainly from Guelph and the surrounding area, showcasing and selling their work in open air studios.
