News
Mar 04, 2010
Runners will take to the streets this weekend for the Guelph Y fun run in support of the Strong Kids Campaign.
The campaign helps send kids to camp and funds youth community programming, as well as some adult YMCA-YWCA programs, such as the breast cancer survivors group.
The March 7 event at the Y on Downey Road will feature a 2-km youth run, which begins at 9:30 a. m., and a 5-km run beginning at 10 a. m. All ages are welcome to participate, but children under 14 must have a parent or guardian with them. Free child care will be available during the race.
