Thumbs down to the young lady (late teens perhaps?) who I recently saw break almost every bicycle law in the books.
Among violations I witnessed were:
• cycling eastbound on the sidewalk along the south side of Paisley Road
• no helmet
• no light or reflector on the front or back of her bicycle
• crossing Silvercreek on a red light
• crossing the Hanlon during the advanced green for traffic
• all while she was texting/reading/ using her phone with one hand.
Just sign me a concerned motorist and fellow cyclist.
