Dear Editor: Janice Wiseman (Tribune letters, Dec. 24) is a wise woman indeed.

Anyone who has tried to catch a Guelph bus during its ‘off-peak’ time slot is unlikely to vote in favour of 15/30 minute service.

I often have to wait a total of nearly an hour to use Guelph Transit during off-peak.

I sometimes wait nearly half an hour to get the first bus  . . . maybe it arrived and hurriedly left, or arrived late, thus guaranteeing I miss my connection, or both!

Please, return to a regular 20-minute system. This is Guelph, not St. Petersburg, Paris or some other big ultra-busy town.
