Traffic signals have to be updated. I live on Edinburgh Road South. I watch the traffic going east around 5 p.m. The traffic jam goes south from Rickson to Gordon Street.
The traffic signal at Edinburgh and Kortright does not change for over three to four minutes. The traffic signal at Rickson and Kortright is the same. There are many other traffic signals that stay red even though there are no cars in the opposite direction.
