Guelph native Scott Diamond is getting the start for the Minnesota Twins in Toronto on Wednesday night.

Diamond’s Twins play against the Blue Jays at 7:07 p.m. at the Rogers Centre in what is the final regular season game for both Major League Baseball teams.

Diamond, a Centennial CVI grad, has a 12-8 record this season. Brandon Morrow (9-7) is the Jays’ starting pitcher Wednesday.

The game can be seen live on television on Sportsnet, channel 22.
