The University of Guelph football Gryphons will host Queen’s on Saturday in a Yates Cup semifinal game.

Queen’s beat Laurier 34-0 on the weekend to earn a spot in the semis.

Guelph is the No. 2 seed in the OUA and got a first-round playoff bye.

The Gryphons were 7-1 on the season and Queen’s was 6-2.

The two teams met in Guelph on Oct. 13 in a game that saw the Gryphons erase a 25-point deficit and win 33-28.

Kick off on Saturday is at 1 p.m. at Alumni Stadium. The other semifinal sees Western visit McMaster Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
