The Guelph Hurricanes got off to a tough start in 2013 with an 11-1 loss to Caledonia Friday and a 7-1 defeat against Cambridge Saturday, both on the road.

Brock Malatches scored for Guelph against Cambridge and Lucas Pozzonbow tallied versus Caledonia.

Guelph (6-31-0) next sees Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League action Saturday when they host Listowel (21-14-1) at the Sleeman Centre at 7:30 p.m.
