Kaylyn McCaw of the University of Guelph rock climbing club scales a wall on Saturday during the University Bouldering Series event at the Guelph Grotto climbing club.

Dubbed the first Canadian inter-university bouldering competition, the event saw 14 schools take part.

The University of Guelph won the overall title while McMaster won the men’s competition and Guelph won the women’s.

The University of Guelph rock climbing club has more than 200 members.
