The Guelph Gryphons men’s soccer team earned a 2-2 tie at McMaster Sunday to push their undefeated streak to seven games.
Guelph led the game 2-0 at halftime before the hosts battled back for the draw. Timothy Flynn had both Guelph goals.
The Gryphons entered the weekend as the No. 8-ranked team in the nation.
Saturday at home, Guelph dominated winless Brock and came away with a 4-0 win. Jared Agyemang scored twice and singles came from Flynn and Jeremy Gaylor, who scored on a penalty kick in the second half.
Guelph outshot their visitors 18-0 in the game. Goalkeeper Niklas Wetterling was credited with the shutout.
Guelph (7-1-3) hosts Windsor (4-2-3) Saturday at 3:15 p.m. at the Gryphons Soccer Complex.

Women snap losing skid
The Gryphons women’s soccer team snapped their four-game losing streak with a 2-0 win at McMaster Sunday.
Erica Bain and Jennifer Dunn scored for the locals. Alexandra King got the shutout in net.
Saturday at home, Guelph lost 1-0 to Brock.
The Gryphons (6-5-0) host Windsor (4-3-2) Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Gryphons Soccer Complex.
