The local branch of Habitat For Humanity will honour its volunteers with pancakes on Feb. 2 at the Delta Guelph Hotel and Conference Centre.
Habitat volunteers are invited to the hotel from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. for the third annual Pancake Breakfast, held to celebrate their hard work and efforts over the past year.
“We value everything our volunteers do to contribute to Habitat, and as a small token of our appreciation it is a pleasure to host and serve at our annual pancake breakfast,” Habitat executive director Diane Nelson said in a news release.
Habitat staff will serve breakfast and acknowledge awards for top volunteer hours, years of service and volunteers of the month, it said.
