A band put together by longtime Guelph resident Chris Terhune performs this evening (July 17) at a local restaurant.
The band, called Laura C. Chord, plays starting at about 7 p.m. at the Delhi Street Bistro.
Aside from Terhune, who plays mandolin and guitar and does vocals, the band includes three other veteran musicians – Tom Nunn on guitar and vocals, Larry Johnston on banjo and Glenn George on bass and vocals.
The show will include some traditional bluegrass music, but it will also be “a little more eclectic, so bring an open ear as well,” George said in a news release.
The Delhi Street Bistro is at 64 Delhi St.
