Synchronized swimming is a great sport; a combination of swimming, dance and gymnastics.  Guelph Synchro is offering children of all ages the opportunity to try Synchronized Swimming! At this FREE lesson, swimmers will learn the basics of synchro, splash, and have lots of fun!  The swim will end with a demonstration for parents and swimmers. No experience is needed (children 4-5 years of age should have some basic swimming skills).
