Linamar’s Frank Hasenfratz Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing is inviting people to come out for a day of family fun in support of a good cause.
The Centre’s United Way Family Fun Day and Open House will take place Aug. 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the centre’s parking lot at 700 Woodlawn Rd. W.
The day will feature live entertainment from band “Cartunes,” a barbecue and pizza, carnival games, prizes, a free bouncy castle and a chance to dunk some of the centre’s “heads,” a news release said. All proceeds will support the local United Way.
