New York City quilt designer RaNae Merrill will be the special guest of a special meeting of the Royal City Quilters Guild on Friday Oct. 12. Merrill will be giving a lecture and showing her spiral quilts at the meeting, which takes place at 7 p.m. at Three Willows United Church, 577 Willow Rd. There is a fee for the lecture.
