Play a world premiere
Five seasoned actors starring in an upcoming Elora Community Theatre production that is a world premiere. A Dying Family Tradition, an “adult comedy” by Dianne Lococo, will be performed starting Jan. 18 at the Fergus Grand Theatre, a news release said. There are 8 p.m. performances on Jan. 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26 and a 2 p.m. Sunday matinee on Jan. 20 for the show, which is an entry for the Western Ontario Drama League Festival. “Under the able guidance of veteran theatre director Robin Bennett, A Dying Family Tradition promises to be fast-paced and hilariously entertaining,” the release said.
