The Scouts are recruiting local boys and girls to join their clubs.
A local branch of Scouts Canada will have a registration table set up at Stone Road Mall from Feb. 21 to 25 for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Ventures and Rovers groups in the area.
Scout activities are structured around three broad principles: duty to God, duty to others and duty to self, a news release said. They include age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities such as games, music, crafts, play-acting, stories and more.
