Stratford-based singer-songwriter Pam Gerrand plays an afternoon concert at the Guelph Youth Music Centre on Sunday Feb. 19.
Gerrand will be joined by multi-instrumentalist Gary Diggins and percussionist Greg Dean for an afternoon of music and poetry celebrating the journey of the heart across the many landscapes of love, said a news release.
The event, which is a fundraiser for Gerrand’s new album, will include a silent auction of items donated by local artisans and others.
The silent auction will also benefit the Guelph Youth Music Centre’s Children’s Chorus, with a donation to the bursary program.
Doors open at 1:30 p.m. for the 2 p.m. show. Tickets can be bought in advance at the River Run Centre box office or online (riverrun.ca/tickets), or at the door.
