Renowned Canadian band The Tragically Hip is scheduled to play Guelph’s Sleeman Centre in February of 2013.
The Kingston group is touring in support of its latest album, Now For Plan A.
The show takes place on Feb. 8.
Opening up the gig is Hamilton’s Arkells.
The Hip’s Canadian tour, announced on Monday, begins on Jan. 19 in Cranbrook, B.C., and ends in Toronto on Feb. 14.
The recently released Now For Plan A is the band’s 12th full-length studio album.
Tickets for the Guelph gig go on sale Friday Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. at the Sleeman Centre box office, and at ticketmaster.ca.
